The current office policy is:

 

  • You must be wearing a mask to enter the office

  • You must use hand sanitizer upon entry to the office

  • The office doors are locked.  Please call the office when you arrive

  • Only the patient is permitted in the office.  Drivers / etc. must wait in the car.

  • We are limiting the office to two patients at a time – one in each exam room.

  • We are not offering new contact lens fits/teaches at this time

  • Appointments are required for all eyewear services – dispensing, repairs etc.

 

Extra time is being scheduled for each patient encounter.  This allows us time to properly sanitize the exam rooms and equipment between patients.   Please be patient as we all adjust to this new procedure.

May 4, 2020  -  We are now open for limited services with limited staff.  Dr Ellis will be seeing patients on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.  Michelle is in the office on Tuesday & Thursday mornings if you have billing questions.

 

Currently we are prohibited from providing "routine care" and are limiting our services to those that are deemed urgent or medically necessary.  If you would like to make an appointment please call the office in the morning hours or book through the link on this website.  As we are short staffed, at times it is difficult to answer the telephones when we have patients in the office.  You may also send us an email to:  elliseyecare@comcast.net

All patients will be asked the following questions prior to being seen in the office.

  • During the last two weeks have you had a fever, cough, sore throat, loss of taste/smell or other cold symptoms?

 

  • Have you been in contact with someone who has a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 or presumptive positive COVID-19 test within the past 30 days?

 

  • Have you or anyone in your household traveled outside the United States in the past 30 days?
